Focus / Responsibilities
Michael Annino is responsible for development and investment projects for InSite Realty Partners. Mike is integrally involved in development site selection, project design, project cost and bid analysis, construction financing of project and marketing of development projects. Development projects have been structured as InSite Realty owned, pre-leased, multi-tenant projects, spec projects, Third Party Fee development projects and Single Tenant Build-to-Suit projects. Additionally, Mike coordinates and manages InSite’s leasing team which currently leases over six million square feet in the Houston market.

Mike has been a Principal/Partner at InSite Realty Partners, L.P. since 1994. Before InSite, Mike was the marketing director with the industrial division of Trammell Crow Houston, Inc. for two years.

Education / Designations

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. He then went on to receive his Master in Business Administration from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business Administration at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
