Focus / Responsibilities
Logan Greer joined InSite’s leasing team in March of 2008 and launched his commercial real estate career by initially focusing on the property management and leasing sectors of InSite owned industrial and service center facilities. Today, Logan’s primary concern is the leasing of multi-tenant distribution and service center properties for a number of InSite clients including Agarita, Billingsley Company, Cabot Properties, EastGroup Properties (NYSE: EGP), and Western General Holdings, as well as the prestigious InSite owned office building, Woodlake II. Altogether, Logan is currently responsible for the leasing of 120 buildings and counting, totaling over 8.2 million square feet.
In his 5+ year career in commercial real estate, Logan has represented landlords in well over 200 lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet of industrial, flex and office space. He has completed leasing contracts with companies such as Samsung, BMC Solutions, Bodycote, Newpark Drilling, ABC Supply, Ryder, Pelican Worldwide and Quick Weight Loss. As a leasing agent, Logan’s ability to evaluate a property from an ownership perspective makes him a valuable asset to his clients.
Education / Designations
Logan graduated from Rice University in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Managerial Studies, as well as an additional focus in International Relations. Upon accepting the position at InSite, he immediately extended his studies to include a Salesperson’s License from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Logan also serves as co-Social Chairman at InSite and is involved in several local charity organizations, most notably the Houston FUNdRaiser$. When away from the office, Logan enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family, exercising, traveling, hunting, playing recreational sports and participating in charitable events.
