Rives is responsible for the leasing, marketing, and development of single and multi tenant industrial properties for InSite Realty and its clients. His primary focus is leasing EastGroup Properties' Houston portfolio of over 4 million square feet.

EXPERIENCE
Since joining InSite in 2001, Rives has completed over 200 transactions totaling more than 4.2 million square feet including the following: 125,000 square foot Kuehne + Nagel build to suit; 59,000 square foot APPH (BBA Aviation) build to suit; 70,000 square foot Jas Forwarding build to suit; 68,000 square foot lease with Intech Aerospace (ExpressJet) in World Houston 21; 54,000 square foot lease with Veolia Water in World Houston 22; 99,000 square foot lease with Sercel, Inc. in Techway Southwest 1; 91,800 square foot lease with National Oilwell Varco in World Houston 27. Other notable transactions include the leasing and sale of a two-building 84,000 square foot industrial project in Southwest Houston for an InSite client; sale of a 15.5 acre industrial land tract for InSite Realty; sale of a 21,000 square foot freestanding building developed by InSite Realty.0
