FOCUS / RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for development / investment projects of IRP. Integrally involved in development site selection, project design, project cost / bid analysis, construction financing of project, and marketing of development projects. Development projects have been structured as IRP owned pre-leased, multi tenant projects; IRP owned Spec projects; Third Party Fee development projects; Single Tenant Build-to-Suit projects.

RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE FOR DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITIONS

	45,000 square foot, two building speculative office / warehouse project in the Freeport Tech Center, Houston, Texas. IRP joint venture with and individual investor.
	66,450 square foot Devon Energy Build-To-Suit, International Plaza Drive, Houston, Texas.
	Seven (7) building speculative development totaling 633,243 square feet in the World Houston International Business Center. EastGroup Properties, L.P. {NYSE: EGP}, was the joint-venture, fee development partner. Multi-tenant, office / warehouse development project.
	68,820 square foot DHL / Danzas (Formerly AEI) Build-to-Suit, Houston, Texas.
	107,000 square foot EGL Logistics (formerly Circle Int'l) Build-to-Suit, Houston, Texas.
	69,000 square foot Diamond Products International Build-to-Suit, Houston, Texas.
	Two (2) building multi-tenant speculative development totaling 220,380 square feet in the Techway Southwest Business Park with EastGroup Properties, L.P. {NYSE: EGP}, the joint-venture, fee development partner. Industrial office / warehouse facilities.
	Four (4) building, multi-tenant pre-leased development totaling 250,000 square feet in the World Houston international Business Center. IRP developed project with private Joint Venture Partner.
	188,820 square foot, multi-tenant industrial development, Building #1 of the Freeport Tech Center, Houston, Texas.
