FOCUS / RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for development / investment projects of IRP. Integrally involved in development site selection, project design, project cost / bid analysis, construction financing of project, and marketing of development projects. Development projects have been structured as IRP owned pre-leased, multi tenant projects; IRP owned Spec projects; Third Party Fee development projects; Single Tenant Build-to-Suit projects.
