FOCUS / RESPONSIBILITY
Steve joined InSite's Leasing and Management Division in 1998 and was introduced to the commercial real estate business by initially focusing on property management and leasing of industrial facilities. Today, his primary focus is the leasing of multi-tenant service centers and bulk distribution centers for a number of clients.

EXPERIENCE
Steve is currently involved with the leasing of over 50 buildings totaling in excess of 3 million square feet. He has negotiated lease transactions with companies including Houston Chronicle, Clear Channel Communications, 3M Company, China Petroleum, Earthcolor Printing, and Stewart Title. He has represented property owners that include EastGroup Properties, Essex Capital, Hill Partners Management, Billingsley Company and TA Realty. Since joining InSite, Steve has handled over 200 transactions valuing over $30 million.

EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS
Steve graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree and also attended Louisiana State University in the College of Music. He holds a Salesperson's License from the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors.
