FOCUS / RESPONSIBILITY
John Stavinoha joined the company's Leasing and Management Division in 1999. His primary focus is the leasing of multi-tenant industrial service center projects.
EXPERIENCE
Since joining Insite, John has handled over 200 lease transactions on behalf of institutional, corporate and private business owners involving 1.5 million square feet and in excess of $33 million in rental revenue. He has negotiated leases with the likes of Time Warner, Continental Airlines, Anadarko, Schlumberger, BP Amoco, Wood Group, Harris County Public Library, EG&G, Baker Drywall, Majewski Transportation, Goodman Manufacturing, Lone Star Overnight, North American Title and MD Anderson. John presently oversees the leasing of 40 multi-tenant facilities totaling 1.4 million square feet that contain close to 200 tenants.
EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS
John graduated from Texas A&M in 1985 and spent the ensuing five years working in hospital administration and earning his MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Houston. He later attended the South Texas College of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994 and spent the next five years in the area of civil defense litigation in Houston with the firm of Hays, McConn, Rice and Pickering.
