FOCUS / RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include directing the activities of InSite's Leasing and Management division while searching for suitable acquisition candidates with a primary focus in the industrial and office property arenas.

EXPERIENCE
Since co-founding InSite Realty, Inc. in 1994, Mike has worked with a variety of clients, both corporate and institutional. Today, InSite's Leasing and Management division is responsible for a portfolio of over 6 million square feet of industrial and office properties. He has worked with owners such as Essex Capital, EastGroup Properties, Texas Instruments Incorporated, MONY Real Estate Services, Prudential Real Estate Services and Prologis. His work with end-users includes Compaq Computer Corporation, Exxon Corporation, McCoy, Inc., Continental Can Company, U.S. JVC Corporation, Best Buy Company and Graham Packaging Corporation.

EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS
After graduating from Kenyon College (Ohio) in 1983 with an A.B. in Economics, Mike joined the B F Goodrich Company where he was a district sales manager for the tire division, responsible for the Houston metropolitan market. In 1987, he entered the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL where he earned his Masters of Business Administration. In 1989, he joined Trammell Crow Company in Houston as a leasing agent. While there, he leased multi-tenant facilities, managed building-owner relationships and developed projects for build-to-suit facilities.
