Developments have been structured in a variety of ways, including: traditional land purchase/construction and takeout loans, incentive fee scenarios, private equity partnerships and pre-sale transactions. Interestingly, as atestament to InSite's marketing prowess, virtually 100% of the completed space listed above was leased within 6 months of the completion of the project. To fuel future development, InSite and its development partners currently control over 2000 acres of strategically-located land in Houston and Denver.
