Developments have been structured in a variety of ways, including: traditional land purchase/construction and takeout loans, incentive fee scenarios, private equity partnerships and pre-sale transactions.

Interestingly, as atestament to InSite's marketing prowess, virtually 100% of the completed space listed above was leased within 6 months of the completion of the project.

To fuel future development, InSite and its development partners currently control over 2000 acres of strategically-located land in Houston and Denver. Greater detail with regard to several of these developments can be found in the InSite Investment Summary section following.

Since 1996, InSite has developed 43 buildings comprising over5.5 million square feet of investment grade product with a total value of over $150 million.
